Pecha Kucha Brunswick is a fast-paced showcase of art and ideas. Join us at 6pm June 15 at Frontier Cafe, Cinema & Gallery, 14 Maine St, Brunswick on June 15 for Brunswick's first Pecha Kucha Night. Started in Japan in 2003, Pecha Kucha is a visual and verbal “chit-chat” or “little conversation,” about design, art and innovation. Presenters will have exactly 6 minutes and 40 seconds to give the audience a glimpse of 20 of their strongest pieces of work. Each slide is viewed and discussed for exactly 20 seconds. The Giant Steps on Bailey's Island is a great place to walk as are the mile-long beaches at Popham State Park in Phippsburg and Reid State Park in Georgetown.
